Gluten-Free /Low-Calorie Menu

7 Day Menu

All menus will include 3.5 to 4 ounces of protein and are gluten free.

Week 1
Day 1

  • Grilled Tri tip steak with Grilled asparagus and a whole apple
  • Chicken roulade with sautéed spinach and mushrooms and ½ a grapefruit

Day 2

  • Sautéed shrimp with broccoli and a whole orange
  • “No Mayo” Tuna salad with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes and sliced fresh strawberries

Day 3

  • Pan seared Chicken Breast with sautéed mushrooms and onions and a whole apple
  • Baked whitefish topped with sautéed tomatoes and spinach and ½ a grapefruit

Day 4

  • Grilled vegetable frittata and a whole orange
  • Sliced corned beef with cabbage and carrots with sliced fresh strawberries

Day 5

  • Grilled chicken breast sliced over a bed of romaine lettuce with a whole apple
  • Crab cakes with tomato onion and pepper salsa with ½ a grapefruit

Day 6

  • Sautéed garlic Shrimp with fennel and mushrooms with a whole orange
  • Sautéed whitefish with fennel and mushrooms and sliced strawberries

Day 7

  • Broccoli frittata with ½ grapefruit
  • Stuffed green pepper with tomato sauce and a whole apple

Week 2
Day 1

  • Beef and broccoli stir fry with  a whole orange
  • Grilled chicken breast topped with tomato, cucumber and basil salsa and sliced strawberries

Day 2

  • Crab frittata with grilled asparagus and ½ grapefruit
  • Grilled chilled vanilla shrimp with orange and tomato salsa

Day 3

  • Scoop of tuna salad on a bed of romaine with a whole apple
  • Grilled Chicken Breast with sautéed spinach and onions with sliced fresh strawberries

Day 4

  • Whitefish patty with roasted Brussels sprouts and ½ a grapefruit
  • Mushrooms onion and pepper frittata with a whole orange

Day 5

  • Chopped steak patty with sautéed mushrooms, onions and thyme and a whole apple
  • Grilled chicken breast over a cabbage slaw and fresh sliced strawberries

Day 6
